"Dear Sirs,
I read your column faithfully and appreciate the good work you do for those of us who own travel trailers. I recently had problems with a water leak and faulty refrigerator operation on my Jayco 184BH trailer while returning to Traverse City from Sun City, Arizona.
Unlike many of your readers my problems were solved quickly and efficiently by my selling dealer TC-RV of Traverse City. I believe your readers also need to know that there are reputable dealers out there who will go out of their way to provide service to the clients, a commodity that seems to be lacking all too often in today’s world. I am happy to report that TC-RV is one of those dealerships and I believe should receive acknowledgement in your magazine for their loyalty to their customers.
I purchased my trailer when it was six months old and had one previous owner thus the Jayco warranty did not apply to my trailer. I did purchase a Jayco extended warranty.
When I recently brought my trailer in with problems I was immediately helped by Dean Stoddard, Product Specialist. As you can see by the work order, although the problems were not covered by the extended warranty, Mr. Stoddard spent a great deal of time diagnosing and fixing the problems. I was not charged and the work order invoice returned to me read, “Repairs will be covered by TC-RV as a goodwill gesture.”
This is the kind of service I believe all travel trailer owners are due from all dealerships. I greatly appreciate the time and effort that TC-RV and Mr. Stoddard went to on my behalf. I hope you will give them the recognition I believe they are due so that others considering the purchase of an RV will know that there are dealers out there that will support them."

My fiancé and I had been looking at campers for some time, and finally made the decision to invest in a small one to start out. Not only did you make the entire process fast and easy, you also made it fun. We have been back to your dealership several times to pick up little “odds and ends” and everyone has always been so friendly and welcoming.
When we received our invitation to your Fall Rally at Turtle Lake Campground, we were a little hesitant, since it was only our second weekend owning the camper but we decided to try it, and we had an absolute ball! We have an 11 year old daughter who came with us and we loved the fact that you had entertainment to fit all age groups; karaoke, live music, a DJ booth, kayaks to use, etc… We just cannot tell you how much fun we had this weekend. We are hooked…and are excited to see what you guys will do next year.

I've talked to two other dealers and it was a very different experience. You are honest, straight forward, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. "TCRV is awsome. I was having issues with my camper blowing the campsite breaker. After working through some ideas for a couple hours, I stopped into TCRV to see if they could help. Their service people were booked; but Kevin (Service Advisor) took the time to listen to my situation and what I had done to that point, then recommended what to check next. He also gave me his cell number for further questions if needed. I found the problem, fixed it and my camper is working again. Thank you Kevin for stopping what you were doing and taking 20 minutes to listen and make a recommendation! You saved our weekend!! I will recommend TCRV to others!!"

"To the management of TCRV, my wife and I bought a Jayco White Hawk from TCRV. First, the unit, I am a wood worker and was an inspector at GM for many years the craftsmanship is great. The fit of the cabinet doors and the layout is wonderful. From the lighting to the ease of the way everything works is great and flawless. So we were very pleased our new Jayco trailer and the price was very fair and affordable but that's not all!!! The salesman's name was Cody Scott, he told us that he had not been working there that long but loved his job there. Wow, he knows his stuff he was so knowledgeable about everything and was so nice to Chris and myself making sure that I had coffee and she new where the restroom was and we did not feel pressured or rushed in any way!!! Any questions we had were answered he is an asset to TCRV. Now for the financing he treated us with respect and courtesy and speedy as I remember his name was Chris. Then there was the hitch put on my truck and the brake control. It was getting late day and the technician that did the install was more like a NASCAR pit stop. I was in shock how fast this work was done and in a very professional manner. I am an older man and a Sheriff's Deputy and never in my years have I been given a wow experience and not only have you done that but you made Chris and I feel like family. To everyone at TCRV, thank you so much to all of you.
